Who is it for? On-line Counselling offers people accessible and convenient, practical and psychological support to resolve life problems, set and achieve goals and enhance general well being. It can be a less intense and intimidating alternative to face-to-face counselling, helping you to move your life forward from home or work. What does it involved? Drawing on the principles of CBT and Guided Self Help, your therapist will help you to identify and understand the aspects in your life that are causing you distress or discomfort. They will then support you to develop the skills to implement the most effective practical and psychological strategies to resolve these. Structure and Fee You will be allocated a Clinical Psychologist with whom you can work towards your identified goals through the exchange of up to three emails per week (limited to 500 words per email). Your Clinical Psychologist will endeavour to address all of your questions and concerns within 2 working days so that you can quickly start to feel more comfortable and content.
